Shipping policy

We ask that our customers allow us 5-10 business days for their order(s) to be processed. Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time will depend on customer location.  Once an order is processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are processed in the order they are received, expedited services are not available at this time. Please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. Some orders can take between 8-10 business days to process.
